We went to the Chevy Chase <a title=\"Magruders Grocery\" href=\"http:\/\/magruders.com\" target=\"_blank\">Magruders<\/a> &#8212; I sure miss having one right at Cleveland Park. And the deli there closes at 7:00, so our cheese options were limited to the case.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"french rambol fume\" href=\"http:\/\/iledefrancecheese.com\/index.php\/Rambol-Fum%C3%A9\/rambol-fume.html\" target=\"_blank\">french rambol fume<\/a>.<\/strong> Smoked, so BBQ Boy particularly liked. Had a recipe on the site for using it in Mac &amp; Cheese. <strong> (Cow&#8217;s Milk, Semi-Soft). <\/strong><a title=\"Smoke Cheese\" href=\"http:\/\/www.seacrestfoods.com\/france\/france2.html\" target=\"_blank\">Forest Fume<\/a>, formerly known as Smoked  Rambol, is a processed Gruyere style cheese that is slowly cured over  natural hickory. It&#8217;s rich, yet delicate flavor and creamy smooth  texture are benchmarks for exquisite fondue cheese.<\/p>\n<p>French raw milk<a title=\"Morbier\" href=\"http:\/\/www.artisanalcheese.com\/cheeses\/Morbier\" target=\"_blank\"> <strong>Morbier<\/strong><\/a> (vegetarian ash). The ash is curious to me &#8212; gives the cheese an arty look, but since ash is well-known as an insect repellent, it&#8217;s a bit odd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stagnolia Blu<\/strong> (italian for blue foil) was from Trader Joes.
