Also melted well for breakfast on toast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manchego<\/strong> &#8211; a regular.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.roquefort-societe.com\/\">Societe Roquefort<\/a>, (which I think is one of the most common brands), is very nice, one of our favorite blues.
