(They taste good with tea. Not too sweet; not too salty).<\/p>\n<p>Camembert from Delice de France, which was good, but I&#8217;m not sure if it was from France or not.<\/p>\n<p>Caciotta Toscana, from the Italian deli in Cleveland Park, a nice cow and sheep cheese from Italy.\u00a0 Caciotta apparently means farmhouse in Italian.<\/p>\n<p>Gorgonzola, also from the Italian deli, was very creamy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cheese.carrotseverywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/sheep_cracker_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-887 aligncenter\" title=\"sheep_cracker_2\" src=\"http:\/\/cheese.carrotseverywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/sheep_cracker_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"247\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hurricane Irene is sending a lot of rain and wind here now, so we decided to have a cheese course.\u00a0 We tried making buttermilk oat crackers from the recipe in this month&#8217;s Culture magazine, but they turned out more like cookies.
